We can do this because we are often able to offer land at prices well below market value, in some cases up to 50% below market value. We are different from Realtors who typically focus on homes and market-value pricing as our focus is solely on land and selling land at discount prices.

County Land Investments LLC is a privately owned real estate investment company located in Denver, Colorado. We offer everything from residential vacant land to commercial lots, from less than one acre to extensive acreage.

Because County Land Investments owns or has rights to all of the land listed on our site, it greatly simplifies the ownership process for all parties involved; and without the middleman, you get the best deal possible.

At County Land, we aren’t about fancy selling techniques, marketing ploys or anything along those lines. We simply offer the best properties at the best price with the best customer service.

We only sell land that we are interested in holding on to as investments and offer only that to our customers.
